EVEN bargain-hunting couples often end up paying retail for a wedding: Designer dresses rarely go on sale and there are no coupons for hand-calligraphy invitations. But determined brides have found one way to cut corners. Instead of signing up for bridal boot camps or grueling-but-pricey private sessions before the big day, these women aim to get in shape for less than .
How? Wedding workout DVDs, which offer cardio sequences and strength-training moves made for wearers of slim, shoulder-baring wedding gowns.
