Cunnilingus 101 – How To Give Your Partner Maximum Pleasure

Of all the alternative pre-penetration sexual acts, cunnilingus is the one that for time spent, brings you the greatest rewards (for your efforts) in pleasing your partner.

Some women may not like cunnilingus, but not for the reason you may believe. However, the majority of women, when being the object of cunnilngus, can easily arrive at orgasm, if it is performed correctly.


Cunnilingus and Self-Image.

Many women are not comfortable with having a man's eyes 1cm away from their most private place.

It is true that in sexual intercourse a man will penetrate a woman, but he generally will not be watching her sexual parts at the same time.

Just brush up against it. Your tongue is your tool, so begin, as you would lick an icecream cone. Stay at phase 1 to the outer and inner lips, and brushing up against the clitoris.

Getting Serious – Cunnilingus Phase 2

At this stage, try and insert one or two fingers into her vagina.

You may not get permission for this either at first, but if the fingers are well lubricated, they will slip in easily.

You target is the g-spot.

To find it, pretend the clitoris is 12 o'clock. Your fingers should be at about 01:15 and you will feel a rigged area.

This is the g-spot zone. Use at once, while you are licking her lips and now the vaginal opening, a "come here" motion with your fingers. Do not stop.

Serious Cunnilingus – Phase 3

Now go for your target, the clitoris.Lick it in any way you find convenient.

Many men go through the alphabet with their tongue, or also flick the tongue in a pulsating way, like a curtain waving in the wind.

Do not stop.

Keep your two fingers with gentle bur firm pressure on the g-spot area, and when your lady starts to moan, or you feel some intial vaginal spasms, you know you are in the right place.

Do not deviate from the clitoris, this is your target.

As you approach your critical time area, or about 18 minutes, your lady will begin to undulate, and raise her pelvis.

Do not stop but move with her.

Now, make your tongue firm and hard (as you can) with a firm tip, and lick and caress the clitoris continuously. You can even bring your lips and mouth to cover the clitoral area, but do not stop.

Orgasm – Phase 4

At this point, you should feel real contractions in your lady's vagina (and uterus), and do not stop with either your tongue or fingers.

She will now climax and orgasm, and slowly stop, as she may, chances are, either push you away, or ask you to stop for a moment.

This whole procedure has taken between 18 and 26 minutes, on the average.

Your partner has received a great deal of pleasure, and you can assume she may repay you in kind!

However, never do cunnilingus casually, but always to orgasm if possible. The difference is quite noticable in your partner's reaction to you and your lovemaking.
